VISCOSITY INDEX IMPROVER

APPLICATION:

VRINDA ADOL VI-135 is an oil concentrate of olefin co-polymer & recommended primarily as Viscosity Index Improver for multigrade crankcase lubricant particularly where excellent shear stability is desired.

By using ADOL VI-135 in suitable base stock to prepare multigrade crankcase lubricating oils meeting international requirements for shear stability. Approximate treating levels for stay in grade (10 hour CRC L-38 test) performance are:

ADVANTAGES :

• Low temperature performance - cold cranking stimulator (CCS) viscosity for cranking or starting & low shear viscosity for pump ability.
• Engine performance - piston cleanliness.
• Wear- high temperature high shear viscosity of 3.5 cp min is recommended by CCMC.
